Stephanie Calvet trained as an architect in the USA. For over a decade she worked in architecture and planning firms in Boston, designing buildings in the hospitality, multi-unit residential, education, senior living, and healthcare sectors. She also served as adjunct professor, teaching architectural design and drawing at Boston's Wentworth Institute of Technology. Now based in Toronto, Stephanie writes about architecture and design.

Her photography has been featured in magazines, in group and solo exhibitions in New England, and is on permanent installation at MIT's University Park. Her photos won Third place in the 1st Annual International Photography Awards.
